Sandeep Lamichhane is a cricket sports star from Nepal playing under U-19 team. Recently Michael Clarke a sportsman from Australia spotted the performance of Lamichhane and was impressed while the T20 tournament was going in Hong Kong.
During the T-20 tournament held in Honkong, Clarke had shared the dressing room with Lamichhane and within that duration Clarke planned to invite him to the training school in Australia.
Hence, after Clarke returned to Australia, he immediately invited Lamichhane in Australia. Lamichhane, the leg spinner from Nepal will be playing for Clarke’s Western Suburbs team in 2016-17.
Lamichhane was also awarded with the second highest wicket taker U-19 World Cup against Ireland.
Clarke also noticed the passion of Lamichhane in the field of cricket, which eventually built a level of confidence to Clarke that he would perform his best.
According to the source Lamichhane will be returning to Nepal at the end of the year to again prepare for other competitions.
